Salesforce Commerce Cloud analytics (active data) SFCC analytics (active data) is provided by Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Salesforce Commerce Cloud utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of Intersport site, to prepare reports on its activities.

Usabilla

Usabilla is a feedback gathering service provided by Usabilla BV. Usabilla allows us to gather feedback from you to improve our services. Usabilla encrypts data during transmission using HTTPS and uses Amazon Web Services, Inc. which complies with EU Data Protection Directive, the EU general Data Protection and is a member of CISPE.

b. Heat mapping and session recording

Heat mapping services are used to display the areas of a page where users most frequently move the mouse or click. This shows where the points of interest are. These services make it possible to monitor and analyse web traffic and keep track of user behaviour. Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later visual playback. We only process anonymised data in connection with heat mapping and session recording. This means that we cannot link any of the collected data back to you.

Hotjar Heat Maps & Recordings (Hotjar Ltd.)

Hotjar is a session recording and heat mapping service provided by Hotjar Ltd. Hotjar honours generic “Do Not Track” headers. c. Remarketing and behavioural targeting

Intersport uses remarketing/retargeting technologies to serve advertisement that matches your interest in our store and products. Cookie allows inserting advertisement on our partner websites based on the past usage of Intersport site. This is done anonymously without storing any personal data, nor combining personal profile to the usage of the site through and its partners.
